Summer seems to be racing to an end, and I'm trying to soak up as much sun and fun as possible.

Aperol and prosecco over ice. Heavenly!
Aperol is a delicious Italian blood orange liquor with a bitterness perfectly suited to the mild sweetness of prosecco.

This sounds delicious! I just processed the peaches I picked last weekend (about 65 pounds - made peach bbq sauce, canned peached, peach fruit leather, pies, crumbles) so I have a lot of peach juice left over. I've been pairing it with Prosecco for Bellinis :-) Have a great weekend!

It is seriously delicious. I hope you guys love it as much as I do... plus, a lot of people haven't had it in the U.S., so it is a great way to surprise dinner or cocktail party guests.
