Are you sure we weren't separated at birth or something? I LOVE St. Germain cocktails and I get so peturbed when I go to a "nicer" bar and ask for one at the keeper says he/she "can't make" or "doesn't know about" them! Argh. When I have it on-hand, I add to it my Gimlets for a little extra brightness.
