This week's "Property Value - What You Get" didn't excite me all that much, although living in Memphis looks pretty sweet!
So I decided to go back to a favorite house of mine for $300,000 on the Hudson River, and about 2.5 hours from NYC and Boston. I love this house - it looks like the perfect getaway!
Plus, there's a backyard right on the river... what could be better than living on the water?

I can't believe that's only $300,000! That seems like a steal. I love the blue walls and rustic outside.
Ohhh I wouldn't mind moving into this beauty on the Hudson River! The lap pool on the rooftop of the Memphis building looks pretty swell too though...hmmmm. Thanks for your comment on The Neo-Trad. I'm sure you're far more Southern than I am...sigh.
