I miss NYC... and I extra miss the Van Leeuwen Ice Cream truck!
Not only is their handcrafted ice cream absolutely delicious, but they are the cutest entrepreneurs ever. I draw so much inspiration from small business owners, don't you?
They recently opened their first shop in Brooklyn, so stop by and grab a cone if you're in the area... and keep your peepers open for their truck!

It is super good ice cream! I love their ginger flavor. Plus, the shop looks super cute :)

I'll be on the hunt for this ice cream truck! I've seen the truck so many times before but never tried it. I'm also obsessed with L'Arte del Gelato!
