I believe you fall in love with cities... and I've been fortunate to have a few loves on this front.
Philly was my first great city love (that's Love Park in the pic!). I can gush for hours about it like a love sick puppy!
Then there's New York City... the love that changed my life...

D.C of course! Lately I've been thinking a lot about New York though...seems like such a fun place to live while you're young!
i agree with starfish and sundresses... d.c. is wonderful. i also absolutely love san francisco :)
D.C. and I have kind of a love/hate relationship... to be honest!
There are so many wonderful things about living here... and I would say meeting passionate people from all over the world tops my list! That being said, the work-obsessed culture drains me on many days, and I struggle with that lack of urban vibe here.
With all that in mind, my Capitol Hill neighborhood is amazing... as are so many other spots in the city!
Where are your favorite spots in town?
Hong Kong, can't think of any other city which is as dynamic & international; while having city, beach & mountain all within arms reach...though haven't been to South Africa or Brazil as of yet.
