It is the ABSOLUTE WORST FEELING EVER. Hands down. I don't think any feeling is worse than that anxiety thing that is so much greater than just anxiety. Unfortunately, I can't help you with the meditation bit, as I have trouble with it to. I think letting yourself cry is a good thing.
